Our Geodesic Grow Dome
At the Dolores Center of Light we recently had a 
Geodesic Grow Dome built so we can grow our own vegetables year-round. We have put much love and work into this dome, and continue to do so as we learn about gardening and caring for plants on a whole new level. It has been a joy to work with our community and Mother Clare on this project. Through it we have learned to work better as a community. In addition, we are growing in love for God’s creation, as well as for each other. I feel blessed to be given this gift of learning how to be more sustainable. I also feel grateful to understand on an even deeper level how much love and care God gives us in each day, in everything we do.

I love how when people in this community decide to do something – it gets done! I’ve learned so much about how to be guided through things with love and attention, and I noticed how we manage to make things that are cool – or that just make things better in small and big ways.
