In the Details of Life….
Halleluiah! The Boston community has moved its Center of Light to Framingham. What a joy it is to be in this new space! Everyday we can feel the house and the area being infused by Jesus and Mary’s love.
This house is an answered prayer and a testimony of God’s goodness. For the Boston Center of Light, the search for a new home started a few years ago. It was a long search with many discoveries, opportunities to be strengthened in our faith in God, and lessons about the material world as well as the spiritual world. And now as we settle into our new Center, we can focus on our devotion to God, Jesus and Mary, and to our service to Them.
It is in the very details of life that we know that God loves us because when we take the time and open our hearts to God, we can see that God is attentive to every movement we make. And as a bonus, for any small effort we do to open to God’s truth and love, we receive so much. For example, just when we moved in, our basement flooded. If you live in Massachusetts, you wouldn’t be surprised because many places flooded this spring. However, for us it was such a blessing that we had the flooding before we put any boxes on the floor in the basement. That would have been a lot of waste and work added to the hard task of removing many baskets full of water. And the bonus is that as a result we will improve the efficiency of the overall drainage system. That is only one detail among the long list of many I could mention to you! But, in a few words, I say, “Glory to God, Glory to God, Glory to God!”
My prayer is for people to open their hearts and live in the abundance of God’s love.
