Recently, I had the opportunity to travel to Rome and Tuscany with a sister Priest. We spent a few days in Rome and I was struck by how many churches they ha

ve and how elaborate they are and how in their piazzas and on random buildings they had pictures of Jesus and Mary

and candles lit for Them. My heart filled with joy to see such love and devotion to our Master and Mother.

However, later, while talking to a local Italian, I realized how few people go to church. Most of the younger generation do not go and have nothing to with Jesus or Mary. That felt so sad as they have all this outer demonstration of their devotion to Jesus and Mary and nothing inside — no connection, no feelings of the Peace of Jesus and Mary within their hearts.

It has made me realize what a great gift I have been given through this spiritual school and its Master Teachers, Father Peter Bowes and Mother Clare Watts, that they will take whoever wants to all the way, into the arms of God, into a real relationship with Jesus and Mary, where they are no longer historic figures, but Beings we can relate to anytime, all the time. Thanks unto God for this great gift.
